Management

	Dan O. Dinges Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dan O. Dinges joined Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation in September, 2001 as its President and Chief Operating Officer, and a member of its Board of Directors. In May, 2002 he assumed his current position as Chairman, President and CEO. Prior to joining Cabot, Dinges held various management positions over 20 years with Noble Energy. Dinges is a current director of the American Exploration & Production Council (formerly Domestic Petroleum Council), America's Natural Gas Alliance, Spitzer Industries, Inc., United States Steel Corporation, the Foundation for Energy Education, the Boy Scouts of America, and Palmer Drug Abuse Program. Dinges is also a member of the All-American Wildcatter’s. He graduated with a BBA degree in Petroleum Land Management from The University of Texas.

	Scott C. Schroeder Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Prior to assuming his current position in February 2001, Schroeder served as Vice President and Treasurer for the Company since 1998. He joined Cabot Oil & Gas in October 1995 as Assistant Treasurer. Before joining the Company, Schroeder held various management positions with Pride Petroleum Services and DeKalb Energy Company. Schroeder has a bachelor of science degree in business finance from Northern Illinois University and a master of business administration from the University of Colorado.

	James M. Reid Vice President and Regional Manager - South Region Reid became Gulf Coast Regional Manager in March 2006, and South Regional manager in July 2009. He re-joined Cabot in April 2001 as Regional Operations Manager after a career with Broughton Operating Corporation, Energy Development Corporation and Total Minatome Corporation. Reid is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.

	Phil L. Stalnaker Vice President and Regional Manager - North Region Stalnaker joined Cabot in its Denver regional office as a Reservoir Engineer in January 2000 and was promoted to Manager, Engineering in October 2001. He became the West Regional Manager in March 2006, and North Regional Manager in July 2009. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.

	G. Kevin Cunningham Vice President and General Counsel Cunningham joined Cabot Oil & Gas in 2009 as Associate General Counsel and was named to his current position as General Counsel in September 2010. Before joining Cabot Oil & Gas, he was Regional Counsel-Southern Division at Chesapeake Energy. Cunningham is a graduate of UT Law School and has served in numerous legal and management positions in oil and gas exploration and production companies during his career. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

	Robert G. Drake Vice President, Information Services and Operational Accounting Since joining Cabot Oil & Gas in 1980, Drake has held positions of increasing responsibility in both the Accounting and Information Systems departments. He was named to his current position in November 2002. Drake received his B.B.A. degree in general business from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Panhandle Eastern and Specialty Retailers Inc.

	Jeffrey W. Hutton Vice President, Marketing Hutton joined the Company in 1985 as a Marketing Representative. From 1989 to 1994, Hutton held marketing positions of increasing responsibility including Manager of Gas Control, Manager of Market Development and Acting Manager of the Marketing Department. He was named to his current position in February 1994. Prior to joining Cabot Oil & Gas, he worked for Columbia Gas Systems. Hutton holds a B.S. degree in business administration from West Virginia University and attended the University of Charleston Executive M.B.A. Program.

	Todd L. Liebl Vice President, Land and Business Development Mr. Liebl joined the Company in September 2008 as South Region Land Manager, promoted to Director of Land in June 2010, Director of Land and Business Development in February 2011 and Vice President in February 2012. Previously, Mr. Liebl held positions with Anadarko Petroleum and most recently Chesapeake Energy from April 2007 until he joined the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma.

	Steven W. Lindeman Vice President, Engineering and Technology Lindeman, who began his career as a Drilling Engineer in Meadville, Pennsylvania with Cabot in 1982, has served in various management positions in many company offices over the years, including Pampa and Midland, Texas, Indiana, Meadville, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before moving to Houston in 1992, where he most recently served as Director of Engineering. Lindeman is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh; he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering specializing in Petroleum Engineering. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1980.

	Todd M. Roemer Controller Roemer joined Cabot in February 2010 after a 14 year career in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ energy practice. He is a graduate of the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Roemer is a Certified Public Accountant.

	Deidre L. Shearer Corporate Secretary and Managing Counsel Shearer joined Cabot Oil & Gas in December 2011 and was appointed Corporate Secretary and Managing Counsel in February 2012. Before joining Cabot Oil & Gas, she was Assistant General Counsel with KBR, Inc. in Houston. Shearer earned a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and a J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
