Dan
O. Dinges
Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive
Officer
Dinges joined Cabot Oil & Gas in September 2001
as President and Chief Operating Officer and as
a member of the Board of Directors. He assumed his
current position in May 2002. Dinges started his
career as a Landman for Mobil Oil Corporation covering
Louisiana, Arkansas and the central Gulf of Mexico.
After four years of expanding responsibilities at
Mobil he joined Samedan as a Division Landman -
Offshore. Over the years Dinges held positions of
increasing responsibility at Samedan including Division
Manager, Vice President and ultimately Senior Vice
President and Division General Manager for the Offshore
Division. He also served as a member of the Executive
Operating Committee for Samedan. Dinges received
his BBA degree in Petroleum Land Management from
The University of Texas.

Michael
B. Walen
Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Walen has served as an officer since 1998, starting
as Vice President and Regional Manager of the Gulf
Coast. Since joining the Company in 1987, Walen
has held various exploration-related positions of
increasing responsibility while working in three
of Cabot's four core operating areas. Walen holds
a bachelor's degree from Central Washington University
and a master's from Western Washington University,
both in geology.

Scott
C. Schroeder
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Prior to assuming his current position in February
2001, Schroeder served as Vice President and Treasurer
for the Company since 1998. He joined Cabot Oil
& Gas in October 1995 as Assistant Treasurer.
Before joining the Company, Schroeder held various
management positions with Pride Petroleum Services
and DeKalb Energy Company. Schroeder has a bachelor
of science degree in business finance from Northern
Illinois University and a master of business administration
from the University of Colorado.

Scott Arnold
Vice President, Land and Associate General Counsel
Arnold joined Cabot Oil & Gas in 1983 as a Corporate
Attorney. Since that time he has served as Regional
Land Manager for both the Company's Denver and Charleston
operations and as a Senior Corporate Attorney in
the Corporate Legal Department. Prior to joining
Cabot Oil & Gas, he worked in various positions
with Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation and
Amoco Production Company. He received his B.A. in
psychology from Rice University and J.D. degree
from The University of Texas at Austin. Arnold is
licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and
is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State
Bar of Texas Oil, Gas and Mineral Law section.

Robert
G. Drake
Vice President, Information Services and Operational
Accounting
Since joining Cabot Oil & Gas in 1980, Drake
has held positions of increasing responsibility
in both the Accounting and Information Systems departments.
He was named to his current position in November
2002. Drake received his B.B.A. degree in general
business from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Panhandle
Eastern and Specialty Retailers Inc.

Abraham
D. Garza
Vice President, Human Resources
Garza joined Cabot Oil & Gas in August 1995
as Director, Human Resources. He was named to his
current position as Vice President, Human Resources
in May 1998. Before joining Cabot, Garza served
as Human Resources Director at Texfield, Inc. and
in various management positions of increasing responsibility
with Marathon Manufacturing Company. Garza holds
a bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University,
Huntsville, Texas.

Jeffrey
W. Hutton
Vice President, Marketing
Hutton joined the Company in 1985 as a Marketing
Representative. From 1989 to 1994, Hutton held
marketing positions of increasing responsibility
including Manager of Gas Control, Manager of Market
Development and Acting Manager of the Marketing
Department. He was named to his current position
in February 1994. Prior to joining Cabot Oil &
Gas, he worked for Columbia Gas Systems. Hutton
holds a B.S. degree in business administration
from West Virginia University and attended the
University of Charleston Executive M.B.A. Program.

Thomas
S. Liberatore
Vice President, Regional Manager, Eastern Region
Liberatore joined Cabot in January 2002 as Regional
Manager, East and was promoted to his current position
in July 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Liberatore
served as vice president exploration and production
for North Coast Energy. He began his career as a
geologist and has held various positions of increasing
responsibility for Presidio Oil Company and Belden
& Blake Corporation. Liberatore received his
B.S. in Geology from West Virginia University.

Lisa
A. Machesney
Vice President, Managing Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Machesney joined Cabot Oil & Gas in 1985 as
an attorney and served as Corporate Secretary and
Managing Counsel prior to her current position.
Before joining Cabot Oil & Gas, she was an attorney
with ANR Pipeline Company in Houston. Machesney
earned a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan
and J.D. degree from the University of Detroit Mercy
School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in
the state of Texas and is a member of the Texas
Bar Association and its Corporate Counsel, Business
Law, and Oil, Gas and Mineral Law sections.

Henry
C. Smyth
Vice President, Controller and Treasurer
Smyth has been with Cabot since 1994 in various
management roles before being elected Controller
in September 1998. He was promoted to Vice President
in February 2001 and was named Treasurer in November
2002. Prior to joining the Company he was associated
with Mark Resources Corporation. He received his
bachelor of business administration degree from
Texas Christian University and master of business
administration from Texas A & M University -
Kingsville. Smyth is a certified public accountant.

Les
Watson
Vice President
Before joining Cabot in April 2003, Watson served
as vice president Canadian operations for Petrocorp
Inc. He began his career as a geologist and held
various operating positions of increasing responsibility
for Wainoco Oil & Gas Limited, Westgrowth
Petroleums Ltd., Hamilton Brothers Canadian Gas
Company Ltd., BHP Petroleum (Canada) Inc. and
Amoco Canada. He also served as an independent
consultant to U.S. companies. Watson received
a B.S. in Geology from the University of British
Columbia. He is a member of the American Association
of Petroleum Geologists and Alberta Association
of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists. |
