As of December 31, 2008 Cabot has approximately 1.902 Tcfe in proved reserves in three core regions: Gulf Coast, West (Rocky Mountains and Mid-Continent) and East. Effective April, 2009 Cabot sold its Canadian assets, which represented an additional 40.3 Bcfe of proved reserves at December 31, 2008.

Approximately 97% of reserves and 95% of production are natural gas.

The Company operates approximately 3,200 miles of pipeline and 4 billion cubic feet of storage capacity in its East region.

The Company continues to expand its production base due to active development programs in all regions.

Cabot's exploration effort is designed to provide multiple offset development opportunities.

Cabot maintains the financial flexibility to pursue other opportunities due to a strong balance sheet.
