As of December 31, 2008 Cabot has approximately 1.902 Tcfe in proved reserves in Appalachia, the Rocky Mountains, the Mid-Continent and the Gulf Coast. Effective April 2009, Cabot sold its Canadian assets, which represented an additional 40.3 Bcfe of proved reserves at December 31, 2008.
